A group of West Papuan independence activists has been flown to Papua New Guinea after arriving in Australian territory seeking asylum. In an exclusive interview with the ABC, one of the asylum seekers says they were initally told by immigration officials they would be flown to the Australian mainland. But he says once they were on board the plane, they were told they were being flown to PNG instead.
